Write something every day. It doesn't matter what about or how long it is. Just write. The more you write the more your ideas will flow.

Always keep a notebook and pen handy to write down any ideas you get. Names, titles, snippets of conversation can all start off an idea.

The more you think about writing the harder it is to write.

Read a lot. It's the best research you can do.

Don't be scared to try something different.

Write with your own voice, in your own style. That is what makes you unique.
